If I change a dropdown to allow multiple selections would this mess the data that is already captured in my form?Asked by bsbjadmin on June 24, 2015 at 05:46 PM
In the form attached below, I would like to change my selection option of "Best Way to Contact" from a drop down menu to a multi-select option. Is this possible without causing issues with the data I have currently collected.
You can enable the multiple selections in your dropdown and this wouldn't mess with your current data.
If you want to use a different field, you can hide the dropdown and add the new field. This will keep the data that is already associated with the field in your form.
