The email says I have reached the limits, but I am only showing 40 submissions. Your website says that the free account includes 100 monthly submissions. In the meantime, I have many people frustrated, unable to submit their data to me.
I just checked your PREMIUM subscription with account/username circuitjumper
and I noted that the account is Active and in good standings.
Please check again your account status by logging to your account at http://www.jotform.com/login
