This is not my first form, and today we created a new form, in that form I set unique for e-mail field and the only thing that doesn't work is that I do could use same mail address one and another. Could you please help me?

is this the form http://www.jotform.co/form/51308478163861 you were using?
I checked this form and I noticed that the email field has its Confirmation set to ON.
I suggest disabling the Confirmation property if you want to use the field to the Question Limit option.
Let us know if this did not work.
