My form has disappeared

    Hi - My form WHS activity - has disappeared. It was under the folder Toolbox Talks?

    Hello timaustin73,

    I did check your account and found that this form is very much there in your account. It is not under "Toolbox Talk" folder but in your My Forms. Please check the screenshot below:

    It seems you must have removed this form form your folder.

    Thanks - was a browser cache issue. Resolved.
