How to increase the font size of form?

    Someone posted .form-all input, select, textarea{

    font-size: 20px !important;

    font-family: verdana !important;

    }

     .form-all textarea{

    max-width: 1040px !important; /*limit the comments box width*/

    }

    but I don't know where to put that. I do not code! Thanks.
