JotForms Conditions do not work in Safari

I have created a form that has simple conditions for hiding fields as well as fields that are mandatory. When browsing the form in Safari none of the above work!

Could you give us the form URL that you are working on and what condition is not currently working? 

I'm checking the form "NSW Visitor Safety & Registration...", the conditions for the check boxes seems to be working properly, it hides when the inputted number is incorrect, I'm testing it on Safari 7 in OS X Mavericks.

Yes they are working now. I added the form as an iframe embedded form. Before I added it as a script and that didn't work. Thank you for looking into it.
