Can I start the scale rating from 0

    Good morning,

    We've setup a survey and would like to use the NPS-system.

    So we would like to use a rating scale from 0 to 10.

     

    Is this possible with JotForm.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it's not possible in the current Scale Rating settings. You may consider using the following widget:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/numeric_slider
