I have successfully moved all our forms from Formscentral to Jotform and all works well!
Now I am stuck with the following situation. Some of our clients were still completing the fillable pdf with a submit button for the Adobe Formscentral version of our questionnaire. They were expected to finalise and submit their form before the close down of Formscentral, but in the end they did not manage to meet the deadline of 22 June.
I am trying to find a way to export the data from the fillable pdfs to excel but it does not work. Either only the questions are exported or only the responses. Furthermore excel does not pick up the information from multiple choice fields or drop down menues.
As we have already imported our Form into your system, I was wondering whether there was a way to feed the filled pdfs into the online form.
Below you can find the link to the form, which is quite complex.
Anything that is less time-consuming than copy and paste would be great!

I'm sorry to hear that. If you still have the forms in your Adobe FormsCentral account, please try re-importing them using our App:
When running the app, you should provide your Jotform email address in the first window, you have to provide your Adobe Account Details in the second window then click Import Forms. You have the option select all forms or select individual forms:
If importing your forms won't work because you have already done it before, try doing it into another account. So basically, you have to create a new account in Jotform and import the forms there. Please try it and update us here.
Otherwise, I'm afraid that we don't have any other options. But not unless you can export the data from Adobe FormsCentral to Excel, you can import manually import it to your forms:
