How to copy a form from Adobe onto a Jotform template

    Hello,

     

    I have a form that I would like to put onto my website, however, I am not sure how to do this. I have the form on Adobe and would like to copy and paste the information on the one of Jotform's templates and then put it onto my website. Could you help me to figure out how to do this, please?#
