How to send submission emails to to respective email address when name is selected from dropdown question?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to set an email address for every name you have added in dropdown question and the selected user should receive the submission email?

There can be multiple approach to achieve your requirement. One approach is to add conditions in your form to check the selected value of the dropdown and then based on that send the submission email to a specific email address.
