I have change the sender Name to my company name but the sender's name that appear at recipient email is still jotform.
Please advise why this is so.

I cloned your form and was not able to replicate the issue. See screenshot below.
Please take note that to fully test the setup of the Autoresponder or Notifier email, you need to do a Test Submission. Using the Test Email button, will only send a Test Email to your default email address.
