How does one clear out our upload space?

I emptied our largest DB of submissions (11k) that contained image uploads, but it did not seem to affect the upload space allocation.

Also is there a way to identify what forms are contributing to the upload space?

    please advise. cb

Unfortunately there is no easy way to see which form is taking your upload space, but the way you have explained above is the correct way to do it.

Basically you need to go into your submissions and delete the ones that are taking the space and this is only needed for those that are saved for the form with the upload field.

Each time you remove the submission with a file, you are removing that file as well and as you remove it it will clear out your storage space.

One the other hand if you do it on the submissions that are text only (no upload field on the form), you would only remove a little amount of used space.

The only way to know which forms are most likely to eat up your storage space is the upload file size limit. Usually the higher the limit, the bigger files get uploaded and more space is used, so if you know which forms are set as such, it is easy to go in and clear their storage space.

Having all that said, please do make a backup of any data that you might need at a later point, before removing the data from your account.

The easiest way to backup the data would be by using one of our apps such as:

    MySQL Export

and few others that you can see here: Data Management apps

But what if our submissions are in our google drive?  How does this impact the storage space on jotform?
