Hi Support !
I recently used JotForm to get a form that we will submit to our customer to get RMA forms automatically filled.
Everything's great and my coworkers are thrilled with the result !
Now they asked me to have a GET PDF (to be saved) instead of PRINT button.
Do you have any idea on how I can do that ?

Thank you for your kind words, we are glad to hear about your pleasant experience with our services. :)
When it comes to getting the PDF of your form submissions, please note that we have several ways for you to receive a PDF file with all the data that your users have entered.
1. You can use the Attach PDF option in your Email Notifications, and a PDF submission will be attached to your submission notification emails.
2. Similarly to option 1, you can also include the PDF Link in your email notifications, so that your users and you can download a PDF by following the link.
3. you can always download your submissions in PDF format by using the get PDF button on your View-Submissions page.
In all of these methods, images, texts and headers from "Text" fields will not be automatically included. If you would like to include them as well in your PDF submissions, please take a look at our guide on How-to-include-Headers-Texts-and-Images-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission.
I would like to point out that the PDF submissions do not look exactly like your online form, but the do hold all data that was entered. If it is important for you to print/save your PDF submission looking exactly like the form filled out online, then I'm afraid that the best solution would be for you to continue using the Print button.
Please let us know if you need further assistance, we will be happy to help.

You can give them the PDF download link through autoresponder. So..
1. Create an autoresponder email: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder.
2. In the autoresponder email, add the {pdf-link} tag. This tag will be converted into a full download link in the autoresponder.
Or, this string:
https://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/{id}
Where {id} is the submission ID which is automatically created/added by our system.
Please get back to us if you need further assistance about this matter.
Thanks
