I am not receiving any thing from my form into my email box.

    Perhaps there is a subscription fee that is due?  could some one please help?

    The email address used for submission notifications is not in our bounce list. Have you checked your spam folder?  The email notification is not properly setup: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Sender Name :Make sure you assign it  to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the "Name" field -or similar)

    In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
