I made a form outside of my account and I need to take that form and put it in my account. I don't even know why i can be led to do that in the first place. This is an urgent problem and needs a crucial fix for the future. Is there any way I can do this.

We can move that form into your account Charles, all we need is the link to the form so that we can find it and move it to your account.
Based on what you have mentioned it is now under some guest account, but with the link we can bring it to your account instead.
The reason why that happens is because JotForm is built to allow you to create a form without you needing to register. When you log out, it is easy to miss that you are actually using the guest account, but I do have a cure for that ;)
What I did for myself after it happened the first time was to set the theme for my form builder. That way as soon as the wooden boards (theme that I have selected) is no longer showing to me, I know that I must check if I am logged in or not.
There are 2 ways to do this:
1. By clicking on the Themes button in the bottom right part of the screen. This is the great way to do it since it offers you instant feedback on what you are doing and how it will look for you when you are editing and creating your jotforms
The other is to go to your Account -> Settings -> Edit Theme ( http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings ).
You can see how to do that here:
Once you find the one you want, just click on Save and that is it :)
