Fillable PDF Form

Hey Guys!

What is the best way to embed a Fillable PDF form within a Jot Form, and then when the user completes the fillable PDF, have the Fillable PDF sent as an email notification?

If it's an Adobe FormsCentral PDF form upload to JotForm : http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

It will not be possible to send email notifications, but the submission will be still send to your JotForm account.

So you could upload your PDF file to your sever and display it in your webpage or if you still wish to embed it into a JotForm web-form, you could use our PDF embedder widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/pdf_embedder

If the fillable PDF form was created from the web-form in your JotForm account, and if you created the email notification,  example:

Then it will sent submission notifications to your email address.
