    Submit Button Not Working

    I have been informed by two (2) customers that the submit button for my "ONLINE BOOKING FORM" is not working.  I'm not sure what the issue is or how to resolve it.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    First of all, please remove the fields that are requesting form credit card sensitive information, this goes against our terms of use:

     

    On regards of the users not being able to submit your form, it may be due to the required fields they missed, so that's why the form does not submit.

    I tried to submit your form, but it did not let me, I checked all fields, but no message was given to know the exact field that was not filled.

    I would recommend you to create a clone of your form, disable all required fields, and embed that cloned version, in the meantime I inspect your form further.

    Please do not forget to remove the fields I mentioned before, you can integrate with any of our payment gateways instead:

    You can use  Authorize only payment  option to authorize payment and capture it later.

    Hi, after further testing(removing and adding fields, putting all setting back to default, cloning your form, clearing cache etc.), I found that the terms and conditions widget fields in your form were corrupted, after removing all of  them and adding new ones back to replace them, it work on my cloned version:

    Thank you.  I am going to have to go in and take a look at what you used as I recreated the form (for better look), and it was having the same issues.  So, not sure if maybe it's the actual widgets I'm using.

    Also, regarding the credit card information, as I am not asking for the actual number of the credit card, is that still a violation?  If so,

    how do I use the Authorize only payment  option to authorize payment and capture it later?  I need to be able to have acknowledgement that I am authorized to use the credit card, (that I will get later), for record keeping purposes.

    I think is not the widget, since by replacing it, the form started to work. Yes, we do not allow to ask for any type of credit card information, in fact, we have a system that suspended accounts that host such a form, so to avoid that, please remove it an use any of the payment methods.
