How to get the submissions in the format same with the original form?

We are a subcontractor that uses forms internally (and the lack of formatting is not an issue for our internal forms) but one of the reasons we used FormCentral was because the received result was the Original form, with the changes, signatures and collections updated on it.  I can't find any way to do that for forms we receive already formatted (that we had made into fillable forms on Adobe FormsCentral) all we get is the values of the fields without the formatting, which is useless to us.  Would we have to recreate all the forms given us by the generals? That would also be useless to us, as it is on a per job basis and we're trying to make it easier not harder for the foremen, some of the forms are long and have already been adapted.  GoFormz allows this, but we would rather not divide who we use.  Result of attached form below

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the PDF submissions cannot be formatted as of the moment, the PDF submission has a default format. But our developers are currently working on a feature for that.

Here's a small update on it, the PDF Report allows you to customize or format the PDF submission, it is still in Beta and is not available for other users to use.

As an alternative, you can follow the steps I provided in this thread. You can print the submissions in a format same with your form.

Another way is to let your users use the fillable PDF form, save the changes in the PDF itself and sends you the fillable PDF with the form fields already populated.

I hope that somehow it helps. Do let us know if you need more information on this.

    Thanks.
