Can I get a list of all conditions?

I kept tinkering with the form, changing my mind how it should respond, adding & subtracting, learning how jotform can work etc.  Now... I want to CLEAN UP MY FORM without starting over.  I'm sure that I can reduce the volume of conditions if I could get a visual... a complete list of conditions. Especially in the show/hide area.  

I went to the conditions wizard, clicked saved conditions and simply tried to copy/paste them onto a spreadsheet, so I can get a full view of the show/hide conditions and see redundancy. HOWEVER, I cant SEE some of the conditions without expanding fields. (see picture below)

Is it POSSIBLE for you to send me a copy of all the conditions -OR- at least, the SHOW/HIDE conditions?

Spreadsheet format would be ideal but not required.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to do this.

What I can suggest you is to create a cloned version of your form and make all the corrections you want to test in it, so you can always go back to your original form in case you want to check how the original condition was configured.
