What is your backup policy?

What is your backup policy? I created an important form and report for my client using JotForm. I want to make sure that if things go wrong and we need to retrieve data and restore that I know and understand your backup policy.

Also, I've embedded the same form and report in my WP website. So, will my WP database be receiving the information too? Or is it always with JotForm? Just wondering how to setup my disaster recovery policies for this data.

We have 3 datacenters to ensure availability of your forms and data all the time. So, as long as you don't manually delete submissions from your account the data will be available for you to check any time you want to.

We don't delete submissions automatically which means that they will be kept in our servers as long as your account is active or until you delete them.

So, will my WP database be receiving the information too? Or is it always with JotForm? Just wondering how to setup my disaster recovery policies for this data.

No, the information will be kept in our servers. But, if you want to also transfer the data to your own database you can see how to do this here: http://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
