After embedding my form is not shown on my website

    I put the code in my site, but it doesn't show the form. Why?

    There are several different reasons why this could happen so in order to properly assist you I would need to ask you to let us know the URL of the page where your jotform is embedded on.

    That will allow us to properly check your form and see the issue - and of course help you resolve it :)
