    Have you tried checking if the API log in credentials that you are using in the Authorize.net integration works?


    See if you get an error after testing the integration, if that's the case, you might need to get a new API log ID or transaction key from your Authorize.net account. If you want to test your Authorize.net further using Sandbox, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/221-How-to-Test-Authorize-net-Payment-Tool-on-Sandbox-Mode.
