Why am I not able to submit my template?

    Many people are having difficulties submitting an application that I have created through your site, and are receiving error messages stating your server is down. This has been occurring for several days- more than temporary. Please advise on how we can mitigate this situation.

    What you meant by "template" is the form itself right? We haven't experienced any downtime in our website, you can check the status of JotForm here: http://stats.pingdom.com/p9yo4pogtt5d/416987 or here http://jotformstatus.com/.

    I'm currently checking your form named "Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine", I made a test submission, it went through successfully, you should receive it in your end or you can check the submissions page.

    May we know if your form is embedded on a website? If it is, could you share us the website link so that we can inspect it? Currently, your form is working fine and we haven't received any reports from other users that their forms are down or the website JotForm is down.
