My name is Michael Bridges from South Metro JFL and I am having trouble accessing Jotform. I have used the program for the past year and never had a problem.
It just does not give me any access - looks like it is logged in but no forms come up.

I currently could not reproduced the same issue on my end. When I go to My Forms page, I was able to see my forms on the list.
I suggest you try first clearing also your browser's cache if perhaps the issue is due only to it. Close and open again your browser, then login to your jotform account/username smjflumps14 at http://www.jotform.com/login
Just to let you know also, when I checked your account, I noted that you do not have any forms yet on the the account. This is also the reason you cannot see any forms on your My Forms page http://www.jotform.com/myforms/
