How do I make a text box visible on PDF submission?

Asked by karaleigh5 on June 25, 2015 at 09:18 PM

There are several areas on my form that are simply just text boxes.  They do not appear on the PDF submission because they do not require action of any kind.  If possible, I would still like them to be visible on the PDF submission however. Can this be done?

    Thank you!

In the form submission page -How-to-view-Submissions please make sure the option Auto Hide Empty Fields is NOT checked.

Empty or unanswered Textbox fields will then be included in the submission PDF view/file.

Let us know if this did not work for you.

Hello, I also have areas that are just text boxes that I would like to show up on the PDF version. I followed your directions of making sure that the "Auto Hide Empty Fields" is unchecked but the text areas still do not show up on the PDF....any idea on why it isn't working?

Any help that you can give is much appreciated. Thanks!
