Can I see where a submission is coming from

    Hello,

     

    I recently received a concerning submission and I was wondering if you'd be able to provide more information as to where this submission came from ie, city, IP address?

    Please check the user guide -How-to-See-IP-Addresses-of-Form-Submitters

    Getting the end-user's browser info will also provide more details

    The email will look something similar to this

    In the form submission page https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

    there is also option to allow showing the IP address where the submission came form.
