Why is my form disabled?

    I am having visitors to my site complain because they are getting a disabled message. However, according to your site, I only have accrued 116 signups out of 170 I'm allotted. Can we get the signup back up and running ASAP?

    Your jotform account/username Adventr   is temporarily disabled because the account already exceeded the allowed submission limits for the month on FREE account. 

    It had exceeded the 100 limits per month.

    Your account is currently in Overlimit Status. To be able to re-activate the account you can either

    1. Wait for the next 1st Day of the next month, when the submission auto reset will occur

    2. OR Upgrade your subscription to next higher subscription plan to have expanded limits. You can upgrade the subscription using the Upgrade button when in the JotForm Pricing page.
