So if we translate the doc in Arabic you'll build jotform in Arabic with correct alignments etc?
This is a re-post of a comment on JotForm Languages

I'm afraid that localization in our form builder has not reached that level of sophistication as yet but we are always working to improve the user experience and I can tell you that a request has already been submitted to our Tier 2 team for the very functionality you have described. However, I can't state how long it will take to become a reality, as true l10n is a pretty complex issue.
In the meantime, if you have a form in mind, go ahead and construct it and on completion, post its URL here and we will assist you as best as we can in achieving the formatting you desire. It's been done before, as a search on our forum for "Arabic", "Hebrew" and RTL will reveal.
