Invite Friend status is waiting but the user has already signed up.

    Hi, I invited three friends to increase my limits . Two of these are correct , while one is pending ( beatricesilvestri1@gmail.com ) . Is there any problem? How many invitations should be made?

    Hello renzodonzelli,

    I did check your account and found that the invite friend status of beatricesilvestri1@gmail.com is still waiting.

    Please be noted that when you invite your friend, an invitation email is sent which includes a clickable URL. The user needs to click on the URL to sign up for JotForm account.

    Can you please let us know when did you send this invite? It seems user have already signed up using the above email address but did not use the invitation which sent to the user.

    I don't remember when I sent the invitation. Should I ask she to delete her account and to accept my invitation?

    You can send another invitation to another email of your friend, or simply ask your friend to change his JotForm account email in his My Accounts Profile page.
