same here...i set two notifications on different emails but only the first (profile) works. something is definitely wrong there!

Can you provide us more information regarding your concern like the link or name of the form in question so we can further check? You can also check your Email History from your end to know if your Notifier emails are being sent successfully. You can follow the instructions in this article to know how.
