Easiest/ cheapest way to compress two adobe PDF's into one?

Working on a directory and currently have too many submissions so it will creat two separate PDF's for the submissions, trying to compress the two files together in order to make one large PDF file.

Hi You can utilize a tool like foxit phantom to combine the two PDFs into one single file.
