    When i submit my form it dont work ?

    Hi please help me when i submit my form it does not work it just takes me to my talk talk broad band page ? why is this ?

    As we can see you form is not configured to submit the data to our server. Please check the following code on your site:

    <form class="jotform-form" action="http://submit.phishing-site.www/submit.php"

    But it should be the following:

    <form class="jotform-form" action="http://submit.jotform.com/submit.php"

    it keeps changing back to <form class="jotform-form" action="http://submit.phishing-site.www/submit.php"

    You are going to have a find a way to make Mike_Ts' suggestion 'stick' on the webpage you have the forms code embedded on. We have no control over that. 

    Also another option, you can also look at JotForms various embed methods of adding forms to a webpage:

    yes i have tryed nearly all them and still does not work, it just takes me to my talk talk page
