Changes in Google Spreadsheet are reset when new field is added to the form

    This has happened at least 5 times now. The Google Spreadsheet that is tied to my Jotform keeps resetting. I need to add additional columns and color code each new entry that comes in. But every so often, the form resets and I have to start all over again. Why is this happening? Can you fix it?

    Sorry form inconvenience this may caused you. 

    I was able to reproduce mentioned problem on my sample form. I have submitted my form three times and I added color to one column. Then I added one additional field inside of my form and after new submission changes I made in Google Spreadsheet were gone.

     

    I think that this is how the integration works. It updates the Google Spreadsheet to default format to make sure that everything is linked properly.

    I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via if we have any updates.

    I really appreciate the help. This google sheet editing is a big part of our project management process that we cannot otherwise do on jotform.com form results.
