processing issue

    I was inquiring to see if Jotform has any know issues that might cause the below to happen:

     

    Morning,

    I've been trying to apply for the job position:  Healthcare Administrator, which I was made aware of via, Hirenethawaii employment site.  I was informed that you need to apply online via your website, https://www.jotform.com/form/1584402714.  I am having an difficult time processing my employment application.  It continues to state, that my last name is a "required filed", but after numerous attempts of typing my last name in it does not process. 

    Attached to this email is my resume.  If this means of applying for this position is unacceptable, can you contact me, and let me know how else I may apply?

    We had this problem yesterday but it was fixed then. It shouldn't happen any more.
