    Dear JotForm,

I need PDFs of my form submissions, and I am very glad you carry that feature. Unfortunately, I am having a problem with the PDF downloads of the forms, and I am hoping you can help me.

Some of the PDF downloads are very clear: All information looks as it should. I do notice though that some PDFs have fields in which the text answers are all bunched together and overlapping.... it seems that any field that would require scrolling has all the text bunched up this way. I am including a picture of what I mean, below (screenshot taken from the PDF of a submitted form):

A second example is in the upload field below. I don't know how to fix this issue, but it is imperative that my PDFs read well. I would appreciate any guidance you can provide on how I can fix this so that it doesn't happen anymore. While this is being looked into by JotForm Support, I kindly request that no changes be made to my account or its forms.

I am deeply appreciative of your help. I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind regards,

    Farrah

    Hello JotForm.

I am still experiencing the problem of overlapping text in PDFs, as pictured below:

When will this be rectified?  Thank you.

Kindly try increasing the width of your form to  around 800 or 920, you can then clear you browser cache and try to regenerate the PDF

Unfortunately, after increasing the width of the form and clearing my cache, the PDF still shows overlapping text.

I appreciate the advice you offered. Thank you for your time.

    Hello,

The problem is happening because of the unbreakable (unspaced) word in the field. It will be automatically separated into lines if a space is inserted.

I will try to find a global solution.

Thank you for letting us know.

    Best!
