    2. The recipient still doesn't receive the form results by email - major problem.

    I've tried submitting your JotForm and I see that the notification has been sent successfully from our end.

    If you are not receiving emails to your inbox, we request you to go through the guide below that helps you in troubleshooting certain email delivery issues.
