How can we correct the delay on receiving history forms?

    For the last few days our jotform's haven't been going through. It did start working at some point last night because this morning I had several forms to attach. When we had our 1st patient this morning and she filled out her paperwork through jotform and we received our email stating the paperwork was finished. When we log on to jotform.com the paperwork wasn't there. This is becoming very frustrating. This is happening way too often. If we aren't able to get this situation taken care of then we will have to go with another form vendor. This looks bad on our office when we have to have patients fill out there paperwork more than once. I need someone to contact us today regarding this issue to make sure it has been taken care of.
