Did you make sure to activate the plugging? Please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/324-A-Guide-To-Forms-For-WordPress-JotForm-Users
We recommend using this WP Plugin http://apps.jotform.com/app/form_generator_for_wordpress when embedding your form to WordPress. It has almost everything in it. Kindly visit the link for more information.

pawpawtaxologyAnswered on June 30, 2015 at 04:43 AMThanks for the advice
Yes it's activated.
As a follow up please note:
It works fine in Chrome.
Does not work at all in the latest Firefox.
In IE 11 and Safari it gets as far as a successful login but then
redirects back to the login page.
I note that I am not the only person to have this problem.
Many thanks

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please refer to this guide on how to add your form to Wordpress. You cana also try to re-embed the form using the Iframe method instead of the normal embed described in the guide.
You can also try the oEmbed plugin. Please check this page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jotform-oembed/installation/
Thank you.

Hi! I'm using Wordpress 4.2.2 and have tested all the embed variations that can be used in Wordpress, especially the one you recommend. That didn't work at all displaying nothing. I use Visual Composer to build modules on a page, but I went back to classic editing mode and pasted the script in the text tab. Still nothing. I did get the iFrame method to work without unwanted scrolling inside the page. But, the checkboxes and their label design looked awkward displaying the boxes on a row "below" the label. The plugin where you can choose form from a list didn't work I'm sorry to say. It says it should work when logged in to jotform within the samwe browser window but I still had to login. Wouldn't mind that, but the login form reloads from successfully logged in back to login window over and over again and donät let you in to choose form. So I'm now using the other oEmbed plugins and just paste the form url in the text tab. This works, meaning dispalying the form. But, unwanted scrolling occurs within the page which looks unproffessional.
I'm using latest Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
How do I get rid of the scrolling when using url pasting and Jotform oEmbed plugin? And/or, why can't I get the form chooser plugin to work?
Thanks guys!
