Recently, when receiving the results via email of my form, the results seems to be all squashed together, like this:

My question is, how can I make the result page more pleasantly readable?
Ideally, I would like to have the results come to me like the ones that go back to the autoresponder like this: (see screenscot) is there a way to accomplish this?

It seems that you may have clicked on Switch to Text Mode button in the Email setup wizard.
You may delete the existing email notification and add a new notification so that the fields shall be placed in HTML mode again.
