I checked your account and forms and both appear to be active and available. Are you still having trouble with your forms being disabled? Also, make sure you have not set any limits on your submissions:
That may be a cause for the disabled form error.

this was being caused by the Form Limits Expiration Date being set on the form.
You can fix this by following this guide -How-to-clear-your-form-expiration-s-date
then enable the form.
Let us know if there are still issue.
