    Some of the data that are submitted in the fillable PDF doesn't appear in the submissions page

    Adobe Form Submissions fields are not all captured in Excel data export or PDF download.

    We imported two different form central forms...ocmpleted and submitted them. under submissions, the dtata entered into the submission was incomplete in both the Excel export feature and the PDF download.

    To troubleshoot this, we reloaded the forms and ended up with the same results. And to troubleshoot this even further, we uploaded the same forms a thrid time, tried to submit it as an outside user, and we received an error message that satte "  form is disabled" when in fact it is not.

    Note, this was not the case in easlier testing.

    Are yo saying you are having issues downloading your Adobe FormsCentral form submission data? If that is correct, you need to contact their support.

    If you have already downloaded your forms+responses(data), did you have issues importing it? https://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

    Were the responses transferred? When did you start the import?

    Yes, we are.
    When we export the submission data to excel, the excel spreadsheet is not reflecting all of the information entered into the formcentral form.
    When you say contact support, what is their number? I don’t see any customer service number on your site.

    Hi Bryan,

    I'm slightly confused. 

    Can you please confirm if the issue is with exporting the submissions from the "Jotform Form Submissions Page" to excel? Not all submissions that are submitted into the Fillable PDF version of the Jotform form appeared in the exported excel file?

    Right now, your Jotform form doesn't have a submissions. If you can import the submissions again, we would be happy to check it for you. We will try to download the excel file and see it to our end.

    We can submit this thread to our developers, just in case something or a bug is causing this to happen.

    I just downloaded the submission data of your form: 2015 Transfer Form - Fillable, and all the data shows up:

    Is that the form you are referring too? Could you be specific as of what data is left behind when exported to PDF or Excel?

    Evening, all.
    As we explained earlier, the information submitted via the transfer form was exported to excel and some of the information entered into the PDF did not translate.
    Attached, please compare our findings. Note, the highlighted fields represent data that was submitted but did not translate to the excel.

    We would need the form itself along with data in order to escalate to level 2.

    Good morning.
    I have spent a lot of time on this one inquiry. And, I have been passed around and asked the same question over and over.
    Attached, please find the form that was submitted, and the information captured (and not captured) via the excel export. The fields highlighted in yellow were included in the submission but were not captured in the export.

    Our apologies. But just to let you know that our forum cannot accept an inline file and/or image attachments. If you want to send a file, you have to manually send it to our support email at support@jotform.com

    Anyways, we have your file so you don't need to send them again. I have tested the PDF and indeed, some of the data are not submitted to Jotform. This is what's causing the data not to appear in the PDF or Excel file. I think the PDF doesn't capture the fields or I think they aren't parse as fields at all.

    I have now forwarded this thread to our developers so they can investigate further. If there are updates, you should know it in this thread.

    At this time the submitted bug ticket is still on opened status and currently assigned to one of our developer. Our dev will provide response on this thread as soon as they have new update on the status.
