Please cancel my subscription

    I was told how to cancel my subscription, but when I hit the switch button and tried to cancel it sent me to the support team. Please cancel for me ASAP so I do not need to pay the July bill.  Thanks.

    Your subscription is now cancelled. Your account will be automatically downgraded back to the free plan on July 27, 2015.
