I added 2 fields to my contact form (one mandatory and one not) that are files to be uploaded.  I want the files to show up on the form submissions that come in my emails.  How do I make them show up in my emails?  I can't seem to get them added correctly.  Please help.

    Hello kicsint,

I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have added the image tag correctly to display the image in the submission emails.

I also check our email logs and found that the submission emails does display the uploaded image correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

One issue I found that all your form fields are not being displayed in your email alert. Have you manually deleted them and you you do not want to display rest of the fields?

Please be noted that when you edit your form's email alert template, it becomes dirty. That means any changes you make in your form will not be reflected in the email alert. The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one.

Please be noted that when you add a new email alert, it will always include all the fields of your form. The following guides should help you:

    Hope this helps.
