I would like to use jotform as general platform for customer support. I have more than one person who will answer for customer questions. What I need is to see what exactly was the answer, who send it and how long customer was waiting for response.

Unfortunately, we do not have a Sent folder for mentioned emails. I have created a feature request ticket to our developers, but I can not say when or if it will be implemented. We will update this thread when we have any new information for you.
