    Hi ipbr21054,

If you would like to create a filter to delete specific emails, that would have to be created directly within your email client.

However if you would not like email notifications to not be sent, you can delete the notification from your form.

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

There must be a filter so your form deletes it.

I have set it up on my pc but that will only work if he contacts me direct NOT by using the form of which will bypass the filter at my end.

    Hi ipbr21054,

You can create a condition on your form, for that specific email address. It would not create a email filter but you can have the email either sent to another email address or remove the option to submit the form.

Please not that if either option is used, if the user selects a different email address different from what is stated in your condition, the email will be sent to you.

    Hi ipbr21054,

I have reviewed your form and the condition and it has been created correctly.

Once your user has entered that email address they would not be able to submit your form.

Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

Yes, that will work. You can also use the "Contains" operator so you can filter multiple emails separated by comma.

Screenshot: replace the email1, email2 in my example with an actual email address.
