I know nothing about HTML but inserted the Wishbox code as directed.  It's possible that it's not compatible with my theme, but it has messed up the appearance of my blog's homepage.  I removed the code but it still seems to be there.  I'd like to use Wishbox, but for a complete HTML dummie, can you help me out?

The Wishbox code is still in there at the bottom of your page.

JotForms javascript is most likely conflicting with some javascript already on your page and you have quite a lot of javascripts on there. If you were only using one or two other scripts, we could have a go helping you debug those scripts.

We still may be able to help, but I think you should start by getting your page back to the way it was before you introduced the Wishbox code. You need to remove the highlighted code above.

I have removed the code.  I received my first feedback email earlier today via the Wishbox tab and would really like to continue using it.  If you can help me, that would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks for your time.

Hi Lisa, We will soon release a new version of the feedback button so that it does not conflict with jquery. For now, it may help if you should use iframe version of the code if you don't want it to conflict with any other script on the page.

Here is how you can get it. Open your form on the Form Builder:

    1. Open "Setup & Embed" tab on toolbar,

    2. Click on "Embed Form"

    3. Click on "iFrame".

Please try it and let us know if it will work for you or not.

I know this thread was a long time ago but I wanted to post an update. We have just release a Wordpress plugin: JotForm Feedback Button. You can now add customizable feedback buttons to your web site more easily.
