Is there any way to use a custom background, and drop clickable input/overlays...

    ...in on top of it? Anyone have experience with this?

     

    Here is the custom background I have created...

    Is there any way I can load this as background for the form and simply drop the email input and button submit clickable area overlays / close button clickable area overlays on top of it?

    If any knows or if Jotform central support can weigh in on this or help me with this, please let me know… thnx!

    You can add a form and a page background using our Form Designer (https://www.jotform.com/form-designer/):

    Just simply upload the image in the Background Settings. Set the positioning then use the other tools for the email field alignment.

    As for the close button, I think you are trying to make this as a popup form? Do you? If so, I think you should use our Lightbox Embed Option instead:
