Is there a way to delete the submission time from each submission when viewing it as a pdf?

You can't delete the submission time nor edit it even on the form submissions page. You may use a PDF Editor instead like adobe acrobat so you can manually remove or change the text in the PDF file.

By the way, I think this is what you mean. You can actually exclude the submissions date on the PDF submissions by unchecking it on the submissions settings found on your form submissions page.

You may download your PDF submission after that, the submission date should not appear on the PDF.
