How do I provide a drop down list to capture 6,000 possible entries

Asked by abeyrer on November 29, 2011 at 02:28 PM

I have 130 sales territories with approx. 30-70 unique accounts in each one. I need to have a salesperson select their territory # then select their customer from the customer list.

If I can't have a drop down of the entire customer list (approx 7000 customers) what do you suggest? I prefer not to have conditions for each and every salesperson showing only their accounts should they select their territory #.

I have replied in the following thread:

However, if I misunderstood your point or solution is not good enough, please feel free to update one thread.
