setting up administrator and user permissions

Asked by abeyrer on November 29, 2011 at 02:41 PM

Is there a way or recommened app to setup administrator and user permission levels?  I have a field sales force which I need to verify entry of the forms. I do not want unauthorized users seeing these forms if I expose the URL.

Some CMS software (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) can handle user permissions well. Sometimes, adding plugins will work. Then make use of user access so that you can limit user access to your forms.

In my case, I am familiar with phpBB forums and it has built-in user permissions wherein you can limit some users to access some threads only. You can create groups too to ease the pain of handling per user permissions.

Once user/group permissions are set, then all your concern will be on how to embed JotForm's JavaScript code(use phpBB's BBCode function) on thread/discussions/pages. Only users with access to that page will have access to your form.

I'll come up with a demo and post it here when done.
